Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and motivated M.Pharm (Pharmacology) professional to support pharmacological research, preclinical studies, and scientific documentation. The role involves experimental planning, data analysis, literature review, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pharmacological and preclinical studies (in vitro and/or in vivo) as per study protocols
- Assist in study design, execution, and interpretation of results
- Perform data collection, statistical analysis, and report preparation
- Review and compile scientific literature related to drugs, APIs, herbal products, or formulations
- Prepare and maintain study reports, SOPs, protocols, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GCP, and ethical guidelines
- Support regulatory submissions and responses, if required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical teams
- Maintain laboratory instruments, records, and safety standards
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics
- Knowledge of drug screening, toxicity studies, and safety pharmacology
- Familiarity with GLP/GCP guidelines
- Ability to analyze data and prepare technical and scientific reports
- Good knowledge of research methodologies and statistics
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools
- Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience in animal handling and experimental models
- Exposure to herbal / nutraceutical / pharmaceutical research
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (ICH, CDSCO, US FDA – basic)
