Greg Arabatzis brings more than 20 years of leadership in the nutraceutical and supplement industry to his role as Chief Business Officer. He has launched and scaled brands including Tru Niagen®, MitoQ® and Polyphenolics®, building ChromaDex’s practitioner channels and setting up MitoQ’s U.S. operations, and now leads Greenspace Herbs’ commercial growth.

Arif Shikalgar is a seasoned executive with over 26 years of experience directing quality operations across the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and biotechnology sectors. He holds a postgraduate degree in Chemistry, combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership.

Before joining Greenspace Herbs, he held key leadership positions at OmniActive Health Technologies and vital roles at IPCA Laboratories (Formulations), KDL Biotech and Aarti Industries Ltd (API), building a proven track record across quality domains and robust operational frameworks. Driven by a steadfast commitment to operational excellence and stringent regulatory compliance, he will play a pivotal role in engineering and sustaining world-class quality management systems at Greenspace Herbs.

Dr. Anil Kumar Kruthiventi

Professor of Practice · Center for Drug Design, CUTM · Natural Product Chemistry

A veteran researcher with 30+ years of experience in nutraceuticals, preventive healthcare and nano-biotechnology. He has authored three books, published over 60 papers and holds 23 patents. Formerly with Dr. Reddy's Institute of Life Sciences and Tata Chemicals Ltd., he led R&D and launched new verticals in Prebiotics (FOS) and Nano Silica, and today advises industry and academia on natural product innovation.

Dr. Anand Solomon

Ph.D in Chemistry · Phytochemical Researcher · Crystallography

A natural products chemist with 25 years of experience in phytochemical research, solid-state formulations and crystal engineering. He holds multiple patents on solubility-enhancing co-crystals of herbal actives such as embelin and forskolin. With 50+ publications and leadership of funded projects on nutraceutical innovations, he combines traditional plant science with modern materials chemistry.
