Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and official communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost integrity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external
    stakeholders.
  • Assist in monitoring deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support executives in personal tasks, including travel, event coordination, and
    errands, when required.
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) for efficient document
    management.
  • Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by management.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Arts or related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar
    role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration
    tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
