Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with extensive experience across Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Production, New Product Development (NPD), and Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC).

The CEO will be responsible for leading the organization’s overall strategic direction, operational excellence, revenue growth, regulatory compliance, and sustainable expansion within the FMCG, Personal Care, Herbal, and Nutraceutical sectors.

This role requires a dynamic leader capable of integrating commercial strategy with manufacturing efficiency, innovation, and quality systems to drive long-term profitability and brand leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Corporate Governance

  • Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, mission, and growth roadmap.
  • Develop corporate strategies aligned with market opportunities and industry trends.
  • Ensure strong governance, risk management, and ethical business practices.
  • Represent the organization before investors, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Drive domestic and international business growth across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, revenue planning, and profitability targets.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and competitive market presence.
  • Expand distribution networks, exports, and strategic alliances.

Manufacturing & Operational Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations ensuring productivity, cost efficiency, and scalability.
  • Optimize production planning, capacity utilization, and supply chain integration.
  • Implement best practices in operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, HACCP, and relevant regulatory standards.

Product Innovation & Development

  • Lead New Product Development (NPD) strategies aligned with consumer trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive innovation in formulation, packaging, and product differentiation.
  • Ensure successful commercialization and go-to-market execution.

Quality & Regulatory Oversight

  • Ensure robust QA/QC systems across manufacturing and product lifecycle.
  • Maintain compliance with national and international regulatory frameworks.
  • Uphold product safety, efficacy, and brand reputation through strict quality governance.

Financial & Profit & Loss Management

  • Own overall Profit & Loss responsibility and financial performance.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, capital expenditure, and investment planning.
  • Drive sustainable profitability and shareholder value creation.

Organizational Leadership & Culture Building

  • Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Develop succession planning and leadership pipeline strategies.

Qualifications

  • MBA / Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • Technical background (Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Engineering) preferred.
  • Executive leadership certifications is an added advantage.

Experience

  • 20+ years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in FMCG, Personal Care, Herbal, Nutraceutical, or related industries.
  • Strong exposure to Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Production, NPD, and QA/QC.
  • Experience managing multi-functional teams and large-scale operations.
